Question:
Will my principal freak out if I put a replica fetal skull in my locker?

Hmmm, I kinda want that skull in there. It's a replica of a 32 old fetal skull. It's not because I'm a freak, I'm a forensic anthropology junkie. How do I deal with the inevitable shocked reaction from my peers? I won't take no for an answer. If you can't help, or want to tell me I'm sick, don't answer.

So, you're a forensic anthropology junky; there is nothing freaky or sick about that. You are the kind of people who grow up to be forensic scientists.

Will putting a replica fetal skull in your locker freak your principal out? That is a distinct possibility, unless that kind of thing is a typical locker decoration these days. Go ahead, and put the skull in your locker. If your principal sees it and freaks out, give a simple explanation of your interest in anthropology. That should help set his or her bugged out eyes back into their sockets.

How do you deal with the reactions from your peers? If you satisfy their curiosity with an explanation, they will be less likely to be shocked by it.

Ps: Cool idea!

Well, and assuming you're a female, you might have a better chance at explaining why you have a fetish for it to be in your locker. But I also have to agree with the other one who wrote "why is the Principal looking in your locker, does he steal?"

Well, I do know that some school systems are starting to have random locker checks, some do here in VA. I could understand your angst about the weird thing.

However, if you were a male student. Depending on the lunacy of the Principal, like the one we used to have, they may take the approach that perhaps you plan to pull a stunt with it and think they'll catch you before you do. I personally wouldn't have a problem with it if I knew of the student and his/her whims or fancies for certain studies such as your's for anthropology and perhaps you were going to simply do a 'show and tell'. Me, as Principal, I wouldn't have a problem with it. Don't know yours though. Go for it! and let us know how it went. Hope it goes for you ok!

Your question is not so uncommon. Anthropology is the biggest questional forsight we (as GOD'S children) find very complicated! Though we cannot let these unconventional doubts throw us off tract; that is what the angle of death would want of us: conffusion is his adversary. Back to the question; you, my dear, are not much unlike myself. I was a warrior in my time cappleble of killing anything which stood in the way of fun; or just for the fun of it. As for your indulgence in Anthropology I would strongly sudjest you persue this with enthusium as a Mortitian or even with the Law enforcement as Criminal science (CSI)...I do have a strong belief that you would excel in any one of these careers. May GOD be with you and good luck (I happen to find you very attractive and am always here for you) mikelbrigman@yahoo.com

If it is IN your locker, I don't see why that would be a problem. Now if you dangled it from the lock on the front of the door, there might be a controversial issue at hand. It's your locker, your personal belonging's. I don't see why it should be anyone else's concern what is in your locker as long as it dosen't harm anyone.

If he might try this, what alce won't he do? do you realize why you have been the objective? Do some thing actual away approximately this.

If it's in your locker, why is your principal seeing it? Does he steal from your locker?

-> Someone in the school administration at high school stole from my locker. I was really really ticked off, blamed the boys' vice principal, and told him he had to reimburse me for the stolen item. He did.

I would ask permission. Go to your principal and ask permission and give them reasons why you want it. If you ask them up front it would be hard for them to say no unless it would be some kind of policy violation.

That way you don't seem to be some antisocial student with "issues."
