No, distinctive human beings have distinctive IQs. in spite of the undeniable fact that, you may declare distinctive cultures have distinctive IQs, as there is not any "IQ" attempt which could attempt this in an independent vogue for the time of substantial cultural variations. See any "IQ" attempt is incredibly in simple terms a attempt of culturally discovered expertise and situation fixing, based upon the early education of that cultural group. An IQ attempt is in step with what a particular society shows "clever." evaluate that almost any hunter gatherer has memorized hundreds of vegetation, as they seem at distinctive seasons, however the typical US teenager won't have the ability to be afflicted to submit to in suggestions extra desirable than 5 presidents or locate the mall, without GPS equipment.

If by "IQ" you mean "length" then I think most races (foot races anyways) include the length of the race in their title. For instance, "100 Meter Dash" is 100 meters long. And some races don't mention the length, but are of a standard type. For instance, marathons are always 26 miles long.
However, if by "IQ" you mean "time it takes to punch me in the face" ... I don't know. Try asking representatives of different races.

IQ's should be about the same I would think. There's different levels of education but that doesn't count for ability, just culture and wealth.

Asians (106), Whites (101.4), Hispanics (91) and
Blacks (86.9)

wow, that's quite a question!
I think for the human race it's 100; but for most other races it's way higher.
